Worship Times

Sundays at 8:15 and 10:00 a.m.*

Sundays at Chapel Lane feature a two-service worship format. The first service, at 8:15 a.m., is relaxed and welcoming. A more traditional service, at 10:00 a.m., is likewise welcoming.

Both services are rooted in the Reformed tradition. They are grounded in the Bible and centered on the Grace of God revealed in Jesus Christ. In both services we celebrate God's love for us through song, prayer, and the joyful proclamation of the Word.

Music plays a vital role in worship, and we have vocal choirs for children of all ages, youth choirs, handbell choirs and an adult choir to lead us in singing praise to God. A feature that differentiates our two Sunday services is the participation, on a routine basis, of our Chancel Choir at the 10:00 a.m. service.

The basic order of our services remains largely the same each week, yet within that familiar framework are variety and innovation.

*Occasionally, because of a unique worship opportunity, the 8:15 service is cancelled on a particular Sunday. If in doubt, see the calendar on this website. Or call the Church Office at (989) 631-2081 earlier in the week.
